Processing & Shipping
Standard Shipping: typically 1–2 weeks for processing before shipment. Backordered items may take longer; please refer to any item-specific or order-specific timing updates. Shipping transit is additional.
Priority or Express Shipping may provide expedited processing where inventory availability permits. These services do not eliminate supplier backorders, restocking delays, or production time. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a specific date.
Once shipped, Standard Shipping typically takes an additional 3–5 business days within the U.S. Carrier delays may extend transit time. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Unshipped backordered or delayed items may be canceled at any time before shipment for a full refund to the original payment method, without cancellation or restocking fees or required store credit. If timing changes, we will contact you with an updated estimate and your options. Email support@dontpanicshoes.com or text (929) 244-3681.

Why Don't Panic Shoes
Family-owned on Jamaica Avenue in Queens, New York since 1987. Three generations of New Yorkers have trusted us to help them find things that actually last.
Every brand and every product we carry is hand-selected. We do not stock shelves with whatever the distributor is pushing this season and we do not chase trends for the sake of it. We bring in brands and products we genuinely believe in — the kind that hold up, look right, and mean something to the person who owns them. Whether you are buying shoes, a belt, a watch, a jacket, or anything else in our store, it earned its place here because we would buy it ourselves.
When you have a question a real person picks up. Usually Dave or Joe. No bots, no ticket system, no automated runaround. Just the kind of honest straightforward service that used to be standard everywhere and is genuinely hard to find now.
We have been on Jamaica Avenue since 1987 because we take care of the people who shop with us. That is the whole model and it has never changed.
