Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Most U.S. orders ship free with Standard Shipping β no minimum spend and no promo code required.
A small number of items carry a shipping fee due to their size, weight, or how they're sourced. Whenever a fee applies, it's always shown clearly at checkout before you pay, so there are never any surprises. If your order qualifies for free shipping, you'll see it applied automatically.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Your delivery time is made up of two parts: processing (getting your order ready) and transit (time in the carrier's hands).
Processing takesΒ 1 to 3 business daysΒ before your order ships. Once it ships, choose from:
- Standard ShippingΒ (free, U.S. only):Β 3 to 8 business daysΒ in transit
- Priority Shipping:Β 2 to 3 business daysΒ in transit
- Express Shipping:Β 1 to 2 business daysΒ in transit
All transit times are business days (MondayβFriday) and begin the dayΒ afterΒ your order ships, not the day you place it. So a Standard order placed on Monday may ship by WednesdayβThursday and arrive within the following 3β8 business days.
A quick note: certain brands, including Spring Footwear, occasionally need extra processing time due to high demand. If that affects your order, we'll email you proactively with an updated timeline β you won't have to chase us for it.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Free shipping applies to U.S. orders only; international rates and delivery estimates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination.
Please note that customs fees, duties, and import taxes are set by your country's government, not by us, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We're unable to predict or refund these charges.

How do I track my order?
The moment your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. Please allowΒ 24 to 72 hoursΒ for the carrier to scan your package and show its first movement β a quiet tracking page in those early days is completely normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
If tracking hasn't updated after 72 hours, it's often just a missed scan while the package is in transit. But if you haven't received a tracking email at all withinΒ 5 business daysΒ of ordering, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@dontpanicshoes.com and we'll locate your order right away.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If the fit or style isn't quite right, you haveΒ 30 days from the date of deliveryΒ to exchange or return it β and we make both easy, with aΒ prepaid shipping label provided automatically, so you never have to buy, print, or arrange your own.

Need a different size, color, or style? Choose an exchange β it's the faster and easier option.
Exchanges are our recommendation whenever you simply want something different, and here's why:
- Exchanges are always 100% free.Β No restocking fee, no shipping cost, ever.
- They're faster.Β As soon as your exchange is approved in the portal, we prepare your new item β you're not waiting on a refund to land before you can reorder.
- The label is automatic.Β Once approved, your prepaid return label is generated for you instantly. Just pack the item, attach the label, and drop it off.
Worried your size might sell out while your original is in transit? That's exactly why we recommend starting your exchange through the portal right away β the sooner it's approved, the sooner we can reserve your replacement. If your desired size happens to be unavailable, we'll email you promptly with the best alternatives, including a full refund or store credit if you prefer.

If you'd rather return an item for a refund, you're welcome to β and we'll still provide your prepaid return label automatically through the portal, at no cost to you to ship it back.
Please note that a restocking fee of $50Β may apply to returns for a refund. This doesΒ notΒ apply to exchanges, which are always free. This fee is waived for defective items and when you choose to exchange or receive store credit instead of a refund.
What condition do items need to be in?
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories included. Trying shoes on indoors on a clean surface is perfectly fine β we just ask that they come back in new, resellable condition, without outdoor wear, scuffs, or creasing.
What if my item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong?
We're sorry, and we'll take care of it β this is on us, not you. Contact us withinΒ 7 days of deliveryΒ at support@dontpanicshoes.com with a few clear photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund and cover all shipping costs. No restocking fee ever applies in these cases.
Are any items final sale?
Custom and made-to-order items are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged β unless they arrive damaged or defective, in which case the same 7-day damage process above applies.
Refunds
How long do refunds take?
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we inspect it withinΒ 3 to 5 business days. After it's approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method and typically appears withinΒ 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
You'll receive an email confirmation at every step β when we receive your return, when it's approved, and when your refund is on its way.
